Combined parts and labor costs in Q4 2024 increased in only nine of the 25 VMRS Systems tracked in the Decisiv Commercial Vehicle Service Analysis Report compared to 19 systems in the previous quarter.

VMRS System codes with the highest increases in Q4 combined costs included Aerodynamic Devices (6.4%), General Accessories (4.6%), Frame (3.4%), Wheels, Rims, Hubs and Bearings (2.6%), and Clutch (2.2%).

The systems with the largest decreases in combined costs in this quarter were Driveshafts (-11.1%), Fuel System (-10.7%), Steering (-10.2%), Transmission-Main, Manual (-8.9%), and Filter Kits (-8.3%).
