In Q4 2025, the 1,161,711 service operations managed on the Decisiv SRM platform represented a -6.3% decrease from the previous quarter.

The latest decline was the third quarter in a row where service activity dropped after falling -2.8% in Q3 and -1.9% in Q2. QoQ service volume increases were seen in only 2 VMRS Systems, down from 12 in the previous quarter.
