In Q1 2026, the 1,200,008 service operations managed on the Decisiv SRM platform represented a 5.5% increase from the previous quarter, following three consecutive quarterly activity declines. QoQ service volume increases were seen in 21 of the 25 VMRS Systems, up from just two systems in Q4 2025.

For the 25 VMRS Systems tracked by Decisiv, the top five systems based on service volume QoQ were Powerplant (18.9%), Exhaust System (10.5%), Cab & Sheet Metal (9.8%), Brakes (9.6%), and Lighting System (5.6%). These are the same five top systems as the previous quarter, although Cab & Sheet Metal edged ahead of Brakes for third place.
