Data in the Decisiv SRM platform is an indicator of how new trucks and vehicle age impact service volumes across different brackets. In the Decisiv SRM platform in Q1 2025, age bracket comparisons to Q4 2024 for the top five systems revealed the following:
Powerplant service continued to rank highest in volume in 3-6 Years, 6-9 Years and 9+ Years age brackets.
Brakes rose to the top spot among newest vehicles from third place in the previous quarter.
Cab & Sheet Metal dropped to third place from second among 0-3 Years old vehicles.
Fuel System remained in the fifth spot among newest vehicles for the second quarter.
Exhaust System continued to be ranked in fourth place in the 0-3 Years age bracket.
