A comprehensive review of service costs and activity by VMRS Code
Get valuable insights into trends driving service expenses. The Decisiv quarterly reports provide VMRS-System-Code-specific data on parts and labor costs and service activity. The report helps asset owners, fleet managers, OEMs and service providers understand and compare parts and labor rates and service activity across the United States and Canada. The service event data can be used to anticipate service costs and activity for each of the 25 VMRS System Codes. The codes account for 96% of total parts and labor costs and 97% of total service activity from the 300,000+ service and maintenance events managed each month on the Decisiv SRM platform.
Each quarter, labor and cost information is available in advance of this report in the ATA Technology & Maintenance Council (TMC) Benchmark Report on Vehicle Maintenance Reporting Standard (VMRS) as an exclusive benefit for TMC members.
