Decisiv Commercial Vehicle Service Analysis Highlight
Quarter-over-Quarter (QoQ) service activity in the Q4 2024 Decisiv Commercial Vehicle Service Analysis Report increased in 13 of 25 VMRS System Codes, up from seven systems in the previous quarter.
For the third quarter in a row at 19.2% of all operations, Powerplant service accounted for the highest volume of activity among the 25 VMRS Systems tracked by Decisiv. Also, rounding out the top five systems were Exhaust System (11.9%), Brakes (10.4%), Cab & Sheet Metal (9.8%), and Cooling System (5.2%).
The highest increase in service volume in QoQ was for Brakes (32.7%) and the largest decrease was -37% for Air Conditioning, Heating & Ventilating System consistent with the annual seasonal fluctuations.
