In Q1 2025 the 1,294,617 service operations managed on the Decisiv SRM platform represent a sizable 10.3% increase compared to Q4 2024.
For an accurate comparison, Q4 data and prior quarters were adjusted to include additional encoded operations now included in Q1 2025. Year-over-Year (YoY), based on the adjusted data, the volume of service activity on the Decisiv SRM platform increased by 6.8%.
