How Service Keeps Rolling Through the Changes

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the economy, slowing many aspects of business operations. As an essential industry, trucking continued to operate and the service shops did too. Data pulled directly from the Decisiv SRM platform showed a weekday average of 12,000 service events, and a weekly average of 63,300 over an eight week period in March and April. This activity was in line with the same time period the year before.
