Isuzu, Decisiv Collaborate on Dealership Network Management

Isuzu Commercial Truck of America confirmed Oct. 15 a long-term collaboration with service management platform provider Decisiv. Isuzu Connect is being launched as part of the venture intended to streamline communications within its dealership network. That includes organizing documentation, more timely estimates, increased repair accuracy, increased efficiency and less days out of service.
